Terra Guitars has evolved from over 40 years of musical experience, experimentation and appreciation. I hope you'll take your time looking around this carefully chosen collection of instruments, amps and accessories.

Our guitars are not only beautiful but capable of producing some of the most interesting sounds you'll find anywhere. We also carry some innovative amps from AER; incredibly fine and comfortable straps from Action Custom Straps; the absolutely best guitar cables you can find anywhere from Zaolla; and from D-Tar(Seymour Duncan and Rick Turner), some amazing electronics. You'll be surprised where they can take you!

We open with a selection of instruments from one of the pioneers of interesting-sounding guitars, Rick Turner. His Model One, Renaissance and Compass Rose guitars have broken new ground in both construction and electronics. A recent issue of Guitar Player Magazine (August 2007)contains an enthusiastic article about Turner's Compass Rose acoustics.

In the coming months, we will be adding new guitars from luthiers Scott Walker and Jim English, both of whom bring special qualities to the Terra Guitar collection.

Scott Walker has not only come up with a beautiful looking, beautifully made instrument, but one with electronics that are not your usual fare.

Jim English models his beautiful, high quality instruments on the old Gretsch guitars. With your purchase of an English guitar, you'll also receive a free book, Chet Atkins - My Guitars, which contains a Gretsch-style guitar that Jim made especially for Chet.
